Product Introduction

Airflow dryer is a hot air pulse dryer, also known as hot air pipe dryer. The airflow dryer allows moist raw materials to be mixed with high-temperature airflow, eventually separating the water from the raw material through a separator. The airflow dryer uses instantaneous drying of airflow, which has large drying strength, short drying time, less energy consumption, simple operation and good product quality. Airflow dryer is suitable for starch, rice flour, food, medicine, chemical industry and other industries drying powdery, flake, thermal sensitive materials(diameter less than 3mm, length less than 5mm).

Working Principle

Through the conveyor，wet materials and heated natural air go into the dryer at the same time, the two fully mixed, due to the large heat exchange area, it achieves evaporation and drying in a very short period of time.
The finished product is discharged from the cyclone separator, and a small portion of the flying powder is recycled by a cyclone precipitator or a bag dust collector

Product Characteristics

1. Strong heat transfer process. Due to high airflow speed, all the surface of the material can be the dry effective area, therefore, the dry limited area greatly increased.

2. The contact time between the material and the hotflow is very short, the drying time is generally in 0.5﹣5 seconds, for thermal sensitivity or low melting point materials, will not cause overheating or decomposition and affect its quality.

3. High Thermal efficiency. Air flow drying using materials and gas flow operation, from the beginning to the end of the material temperature and air temperature can reach a reasonable state, drying time is short, so you can use a higher drying temperature.

4. Wide application range, high capacity, simple structure, small coverage area, low investment and maintenance cost.

5. It is equipped with various heating source, such as fuel furnace, gas stove, coal-fired hot blast furnace and steam heat exchanger.
